The PräziCase PRO machine is used to assemble hardcover covers.

Its characteristic feature is automatic wrapping of all cover edges and simultaneous trimming of corners.

The operator positions the veneer with glue applied on the assembly table, and special measuring devices facilitate the proper positioning of the cardboards. Then, the veneer together with the cardboards are taken inside the machine, where the corners are first trimmed, and then all four edges of the veneer are rolled up. At the same time, the operator can already prepare the next cover for assembly, which significantly increases the efficiency of the machine.
Another interesting solution in the PräziCase Pro machine is the use of arm sensors, thanks to which the device recognizes the cover format itself, which allows you to change formats in just a few seconds.
The control is via a touch panel, making the device very easy to use.
