Professional binder for perfect softcover. Fully automatic binder with an exceptionally stable type of construction, equipped with a hot glue gluing device, effective also for small and very small quantities of legs or sheets. The Horizon BQ-480 binder is a four-jaw machine with automatic cover feeding, which, operated by one person, delivers impeccably bound books in consistently high quality.

Binds books with a thickness of 1 to 65 mm and a spine length of 145 to 320 mm with a maximum number of copies of up to 1350 books/hour.
Factory-built milling machine with additional cutting knives and cleaning brushes.
Maximum milling depth up to 4 mm.
Automatic cover feeding using a suction drum with a certain, constant setting relative to the bound sheets.
Factory-built installation creating 4-fold creases on the cover, which is set automatically with precise adjustment.

The HT 1000 V three-knife trimmer is a durable machine with a strong construction that minimizes vibrations and ensures high quality of the final product. The machine is designed and intended for continuous operation, fully automatic and works at a speed of about 17 cycles per minute. The HT 1000 V has the ability to trim books of different formats in one production process (one after the other) without the participation of the operator. This is possible thanks to the code readers located before the entrance to the knife chamber. It is also possible to set the book format before cutting and the final format using the LCD touch panel.
